Take the AM and PM packs with a meal and a full glass of water. If you miss an AM or PM dose you may double up in the same day.

The Peak365 Powerhouse | Cellular health and energy formula which is included as a part of the Women's Daily Vitamin System, is somewhat acidic and may cause heartburn in <1% of users. If you experience heartburn, please drink one more full glass of water.

The following warnings are for the Peak365 Essential Oils Formula which is included as a part of the Peak365 Women’s Daily Vitamin System:

Warning: Do not use supplement if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or have a bleeding disorder, epilepsy or another seizure disorder, schizophrenia, **diabetes, liver or kidney disease.

Certain ingredients may increase the chance of bleeding if taken with certain blood-thinning medications, consult your physician first   before starting on our Women's system. 

SIDE EFFECTS FOR SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS:

Evening primrose oil may cause mild side effects including upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, and headache. May also increase the chance of bleeding if taken with certain medications that thin the blood. Consult your physician first   before starting on our Women's system. 

Do not use evening primrose oil if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding. You have a bleeding disorder. You have epilepsy or another seizure disorder. You have schizophrenia.

Do not use DHA if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding. You are sensitive to aspirin (it might affect your breathing). You have **diabetes.

DHA can increase the chance of bleeding if taken with certain blood-thinning medications, consult your physician first   before starting on our Women's system. 

Do not use EPA if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding. You are sensitive to aspirin (it might affect your breathing). You have diabetes.

EPA can increase the chance of bleeding if taken with certain blood-thinning medications. Consult your physician first before starting on our Women's system. 

Do not use flaxseed oil as a medicine if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding.  You have a condition which makes you more likely to bleed.

There is some concern that flaxseed oil might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with blood thinners, Consult your physician first before starting on our Women's system. 

Do not take phosphatidylserine if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding.

**Diabetes and fish oils, this is a bit of a paradox! There are some references that suggest caution (here is one example): Elevations in blood sugar and cholesterol levels may occur in some individuals who take fish oil. (Schectman G, Kaul S, Kassebah AH. Effect of fish oil concentrate on lipoprotein composition in NIDDM. Diabetes 1988; 37:1567–73.). Frankly the overwhelming database suggests that fish oils are of significant benefit in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Hence, we are not really concerned about it, but mention it for legal reasons and caution’s sake.
